In this role, he will oversee the health and growth of Lowell Farms’ brand portfolio, with an emphasis on innovation, impact and the overall goal of maintaining the company’s position as the California leader in the cannabis industry.

Mr. Dunmire joined the organization in April 2020 when it traded as Indus Holdings, Inc. As Senior Vice President of Strategy, Mr. Dunmire oversaw several growth initiatives including the acquisition of Lowell Farms by Indus in 2021 and the subsequent name change and renaming of the company. He has extensive experience in the cannabis industry and was Chief Development Officer for the cannabis-focused restructuring and growth fund Geronimo Capital. and as Director of M&A and Corporate Strategy for multi-state cannabis operator Acreage Holdings.

While at Acreage, Mr. Dunmire oversaw acquisitions valued at more than $ 250 million and raised more than $ 315 million during the 2018 readmission of Applied Inventions Management Corporation. managed during the transition to a publicly traded organization and debut on the Canadian Stock Exchange in 2018.

Bryan combines both the business acumen and institutional knowledge required to grow this organization with personal passion and understanding of the role cannabis plays at the consumer level.
