The right way to Make Hashish Infused Eggnog Cheesecake

We’re going to break this recipe down into steps for each part of the cannabis infused eggnog cheesecake.

Since this recipe doesn’t require a large amount of cannabis butter, we recommend making your own cannabis eggnog to complement the mixture. Learn how in this short video tutorial!

Crust: ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups of gingersnap cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp cannabis butter, melted

Crust: directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  2. Spread the mixed ingredients on the bottom of your pan and press down evenly to form the crust.
  3. Set aside for later filling.

Filling: ingredients

  • 4 8 ounce cream cheese packets (32 ounces), room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups of sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup eggnog, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp rum (or vanilla extract)

Filling: Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  3. Add two eggs at a time and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Scrape the sides of your bowl regularly to ensure an even mix.
  5. Add eggnog and rum.
  6. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  7. Pour the mixture on the crust and bake at 375 Fahrenheit for 45-60 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven when the center is wobbly yet firm.
  9. Let the cannabis-infused eggnog cheesecake cool for at least 4 hours. We recommend letting it cool down for 24 hours.
  10. Top your piece with a cannabis-infused whipped cream.
  11. Enjoy the delicious egg liqueur cheesecake with cannabis!
